I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The wooden furniture and warm colors reminded me of a traditional alpine lodge, which made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and created a welcoming ambiance. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my luggage and ensuring that I had a comfortable stay.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to details. For example, I would have liked it if they offered assistance with my luggage without me having to ask.

Perfect location! Breakfast enough! 2 bathrooms for 3 persons, that was perfect!
The couch for our daughter was not very comfortable, but was ok for her!

The room at Hotel Alaska Cortina was spacious and had a balcony, perfect for guests with children. The mattress was firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The adjustable heating allowed us to set the temperature to our liking. The strong shower head was a great addition. The breakfast had a good variety, although it leaned more towards sweet options. The young and polite staff in the breakfast room took coffee orders and included espressos. The lobby area was cozy with a central fireplace and live music every night, creating a great atmosphere. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center and close to shops and restaurants.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

Nothing!
Beds too soft and too narrow and just a big duvet. Underground car park!!!

The old-fashioned hotel was incredible! New-fashioned, airy room provided with internet and double bathroom and view to the mountains. A lot of good food. Magnificent and incredible location, close to Parish Church of Cortina. A lot of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars close to the venue.

The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of food! Everything was great, but a few employees were incompetent. The hotel had a central location and it was just walking distance from Faloria cable car.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alaska in Cortina for a ski trip, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The cleaning service was top-notch, and the lady who cleaned our floor was exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices in a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing the slopes, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Maurizio, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay truly exceptional.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Alaska Cortina. The location was great, with easy access to ski hire, Christmas markets, and restaurants. The large room had plenty of sunlight, making it a warm and inviting space. The staff were helpful and patient, providing excellent service. The breakfast was good, with freshly squeezed juice. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Maurizio, in particular, was a true gentleman and made sure we had the best stay ever. The room was spacious with a sitting room and bedroom, and we loved the two bathrooms and two balconies with great views. The hotel also had underground parking and was conveniently located close to the bus that travels to and from the airport. The breakfast was outstanding, with made-to-order omelettes and a wide variety of continental options. the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and convenient location made our stay extremely enjoyable.

The location is good.
The staff does not speak English. We were moved to another room from superior with panoramic view to lower froors, becouse they said there was a problem in the bathroom, but I think that the room was given to another client and there were no problems with bathroom. Very poor breakfast and nobody can explain the dinner menu on English or German, or Russian. Hotel needs a renovation. Acctualy I don`t think it is a Hotel, it seemed to be more a vacation rental for locals for a longterm. The price I payed is too much for that kind of service. I will come back to Cortina, but definitely not to this Hotel.
